MEMBERSHIP
Becoming a member means
- free admission to Bridfas lectures,
- priority for members to some events, and
- the right to stand for the committee.
To answer the most frequent question first: you don't have to become a member to visit our lectures, they are open for everyone. However as a guest you will have to pay an entrance fee of €10 (Students €3). Some special events may be open for members only.
The next thing you might say is - but I don't want to commit myself in a long-term membership. No problem, if you become a member of our society, the term of the agreement will be for one year only. When receiving the programme for the coming year, you can just inform the BRIDFAS Membership Secretary whether you wish to renew or cancel your membership without any further obligations.
As Bridfas is affiliated to NADFAS in the UK, you will receive the Nadfas Review four times a year.
As already mentioned, guests are welcome to any lecture and most of the other events against payment of a guest fee.
For special events or trips you will be asked to share the extra costs.
Application for Membership
Annual Membership fee is 60 Euro for single members and 110 Euro for couples.
